Eating foods closest to their natural states will help your body digest their nutrients better and quicker. Soft drinks should always be avoided because they contain simple carbohydrates which can be easily transformed into glucose and fat by your body. Processed juices are also very rich in sugar and simple carbohydrates and must not be included in your diet.

'Low fat' vs. 'no fat'. Another idea for natural weight loss is the difference between 'no fat' and 'low fat'. When trying to achieve your ideal weight, you should eat more of 'no-fat' foods than 'low-fat' foods. However, this doesn't mean that you can eat unlimited amounts of 'no-fat' foods. Also, simple forms of physical activities might help a lot in arriving at your ideal weight.
