This article seems filled with sure fire ways to help you not achieve your goals, especially tip #101. Easiest way to get frustrated is to work hard all week in the gym and wreck it on the weekends with alcohol. Monday morning you wake up and wonder why you are still the same as last monday . . sad times :(

I would like to say something about number 36 Sugar: keep it 50gram and lower, in fact for me, I keep it around 45grams. Number 41: Eat beans and lentils, better yet sprout them and eat them as snacks. Use apple cider vinegar with "mother inside", pepper and garlic to taste and that's a dressing for your salad. number 72: cant sleep or find hard to shut down you mind than try meditation before sleeping and/or also try ZMA supplement but I would go with meditation since it only gets better with time plus it new path ways which will help tackling daily stress and prepare you to stay focused. For starters aim for 20mins minimum and increase from there. Number 82: avoid all processed especially which has labeled ingredient such as " partially hydrogenated" "high fructose corn syrup" preservatives, additives etc. Avoid anything "diet" or any time of soda instead go for plain seltzer water if and when you get cravings. Try to eat vegges from cruciferous family at night to further help repair your body. I would recommend broccoli for its amazing health benefits. Plus don't forget casein protein at night from which ever source you prefer. Hope it helps
