New Years Resolution - Burn 3x As Many Calories As a Treadmill During the Same Workout

What is your New Years Resolution? LOSE WEIGHT!

It is interesting that the top new years resolution is to do exactly that. Loose weight. Why is this so? Well, just look around. The large portions of food in restaurants, abundance of fast food, and no real concern for what is purchased in the supermarkets. Is this the only reason?

Interesting enough it is not. It is because most Americans will not even TRY to exercise. Did you know that in order to keep healthy a person should take 10,000 steps per day. Crazy huh. If we only have a limited amount of time, wouldn't we rather use that time to the full and work out smarter and not longer.
