Diet, Fat-Loss, and Whey Protein

Take a moment and ask yourself all the reasons a person works. Of course, one of the greatest reasons we all work is to obtain more money, so that we can pay for necessities, luxuries and live fuller lives. We purchase televisions, cars, electronics, designer clothes, go out to restaurants, buy expensive vacation packages and more in hopes to break free from the daily grind and get swept the way in something greater. The truth is though these emotions never last because most of the things in our lives aren't necessary and only affect us in a relatively small way. But, when it comes to diet and exercise we move to a whole new plane of existence. Having greater health and a more sexy and powerful physique effects nearly all the elements in your life. Would you be willing to pay 50, 100, or 200 bucks a month for that!? Hell yeah! I would and I'm sure you would too. Heck, that's not even the cost of an iPhone.

With that said, one of the keys to obtaining your sexy physique is diet. In truth, diet is 50% of the equation, so it can make you or break you! There's a lot of critics out there who say eat this or don't eat that, but when it comes down to the simple answer most just shrug it off and slip into lazy ass mode. In reality, if you want to lose fat you have to burn more calories than you consume in food for that day. Now for most guys, your BMI is around 2000-2500 calories a day. This means you can eat 2000-2500 calories a day and not gain weight, theoretically. Here's what they don't tell you: Those calories have to be split into 6-7 small meals because the human body can't burn off more than 100-150 calories an hour without physical activity (exercise). If you eat 800 calories for breakfast, 800 calories for lunch and 800 calories for dinner congratulations you pudgy bastard you just gained more fat for the day! Instead, divide these calories into 6-7 small meals and shoot for 300-400 calories per meal. This way you won't have enough calories to convert into fat and your body will burn off the food calories before your next meal rolls around. Applause please! Thank you.

Last, but not least, you need to always make sure you get your daily amount of recommended protein. Doctors have been saying for years don't eat too much protein, but this goes for high cholesterol proteins like beef. Probably the best way to assure success and save yourself a huge headache is by opening your stingy ass wallet and getting whey protein. Duh! Whey protein is basically dry dairy milk with a greater percentage of amino acids. In other words, its breast milk for big boys. Furthermore, women have extraordinary results when supplementing with whey protein. After all, 'milk does a body good'. (Remember that old slogan?) With whey protein, egg whites, chicken breast, fish and a little beef your body fat will literally be starved to death and have to eat itself to survive. What does that mean? You guessed it! A lean, mean, sexy body and more sex to go along with it... Of course this is a man's goal, so what about women? Well, they too will get a lean, mean, sexy body and an Audi or Loui Vuitton bag no doubt from your contributing wallet. Until next time. Live strong.
