@starsfound We believe there should be a moderation in everything we eat and do. Obviously, we will have sugary cravings especially when we already know how a cake or a chocolate bar would taste. Yes you can cheat, but make sure you do not sabotage your fitness regime and since you have cheated, add 10-20 more minutes to your running time. If you are willing to cheat, you should be willing to pay for it. :) We hope this has helped. Until then, stay healthy!

garlic, onions. This is not all you can do but just the start of it. No sugary cereals
or donuts, candy bars.
