@Jerinlf I used to have a ab roller but lost it when I moved. BUT my son has 2 skateboards so I adopted one of them as my ab roller. lol. it feels the same but at times alittle harder.

I mean, if keeping your back straight hurts, you either have severe spinal issues or there is no muscle tissue around your joints and bones etc… whatsoever
Keep that back straight, it’s the natural/neutral position for a reason. And that doesn’t change when exercising

yeah nice videos ime just turned 18 and focusing mainly on chest . shoulders / arms and abs . i have a problem with my knees so tend to steer clear from working them. any other ab workouts ? i didnt think the knee up to your chin in press up stance worked too good untill around 15 on each side . whew lol like it
