@legu333 Extend your hands an inch or so farther out each time you train push-ups. Take your time and don’t expect it to happen over night. Eventually your arms play less of a part and it becomes a full body exercise accentuating your core strength.

@Rockford91Fosgate Handstand push-ups are no problem for me. I have a video here on my channel where I knock out 30 of them. I don’t have planche push-ups down yet, but I have a systematic approach I’m using to build up to them. I’ll post a video soon to show you what I’m doing.
