Simple Ways to Transform the Belly Bulge Into Fine Abs

After having 12 to 16 pedals, do the reverse direction of this exercise for the same count. Ideally, you should have at least 3 sets of pedaling exercise, alternating the two directions.

Another good example of an abs-shaping exercise is the vertical leg crunch. You also need to lie on your mat for this exercise. While lying, extend your legs straight up and have your knees crossed. Your hands should be place behind your head and your shoulder blades should be lifted off the floor as well. However, you have to avoid pulling on the neck. Keep your legs in a fixed position as much as you can. You may also repeat these steps at least 3 times with some rests in between.

You can also try to have other exercises for the belly such as the crunch with heel push, long arm crunch, and reverse crunch. All of these are done in a lying position. There is also the plank on elbows and toes exercise, which works similarly to the traditional push-ups. Additionally, you can go to the gym or purchase your own gym apparatus for abs-shaping. Some of these are the ab roller, exercise ball crunch, torso track, and captain's chair leg raise.
