New Years Resolution - Burn 3x As Many Calories As a Treadmill During the Same Workout

What is your New Years Resolution? LOSE WEIGHT!

It is interesting that the top new years resolution is to do exactly that. Loose weight. Why is this so? Well, just look around. The large portions of food in restaurants, abundance of fast food, and no real concern for what is purchased in the supermarkets. Is this the only reason?

Interesting enough it is not. It is because most Americans will not even TRY to exercise. Did you know that in order to keep healthy a person should take 10,000 steps per day. Crazy huh. Well purchase a pedometer and you will see that most people are failing miserably here. Anyway, this time of year some will try to hit the gym, walk more, or even jump on a treadmill to see if they can keep that NEW YEARS resolution. This is great as a starting point but is this the most effective use of your time.

Since we are all strapped for time, we may only be able to spend 20-30 minutes working out those muscles. But let's be realistic. If we only have a limited amount of time, wouldn't we rather use that time to the full and work out smarter and not longer. Is it reasonable to think that there may be a better solution for you that the trusty old treadmill.

Fifteen minutes a day can sculpt sexy lean legs and a tight butt. Legs and glutes are such a big muscle that when worked, they can really burn some fat. Body weight lunges require no equipment and keep the legs strong, lean and tone. Melissa devotes half of all her workouts to legs because healthy legs will take you far. The Woodlands, So Here is my Description..When did “sexy” become a “bad” word? I have been a personal fitness trainer my whole life and have always believed that women want to be fit, toned, lean AND sexy. Sexy is a Natural thing for men and women. Apparently there are people out there who want to take all the “interet traffic” aimed at valid businesswomen such as myself, and funnel it into other key words that take you to websites that devalue, demean and degrade women. Such a person is not a peson who appreciates the natural sexiness of a real woman but rather uses the slimiest of internet traffic tactics to accomplish two things..devalue and demean a woman (who has had five kids, believes in God, goes to church and loves her family..JUST because she uses FREE videos on the internet to promote fitness and healthy lifestylle) AND the second thing they accomplish is to MAKE MONEY.. The KEY word there is FREE…these “adult content” sites are making money from all the MEN who go there hoping to find whatever it is men are hoping to find..BUT GUESS WHAT ITS NOT THERE!. The way they are making money is because these adult content sites are NOT FREE…hmmmm …
