3 Surefire Ways to Short-Circuit Your Waist Exercises

So you'd like to look better naked. You've started taking on those undesirable bulges, love handles, and back rolls with waist exercises.

Fantastic decision. Now here are 3 issues you'll need to avoid in your quest for a lustworthy midriff:

Carbohydrate and Sugars

Sure you've heard this before: taking in junk food will make you blow up like a deer tick. Here's a secret that you might not already know: in order to resemble a greek goddess or god, you don't have to eliminate "bad foods" entirely, just limit your consumption of certain items.

The leading offender? Not fat, but sugars and carbohydrate. These foods tend to cause insulin spikes that, long story short, tell your body to store excess calories as fat. So you can do your waist exercises 'til your blue in the face: if your system is still working to store calories as fat, you're not going to get any slimmer.

Exactly how do you identify foods with sugar and carbohydrate in them? Read the label. If the food has anything more than 0 grams of sugar/carbohydrate in it, then voila, it contains sugar. A second easy test: if the food is white, it's probably a carbohydrate. Good examples include pasta, breads, potatoes, and rice.

For many people, eliminating sugar from our diets all in one blow is virtually impossible. Instead, try some tricks to scale back gradually. Instead of a bowl of cereal for breakfast, have a couple of EggBeaters and some spinach. Have your standard lunch, snacks, and dinner for a couple of weeks and track your progress. After a couple of weeks, start replacing the sugars and carbohydrate in your lunch with lean meats or veggies.

Phase out sugar and carbohydrate slowly, and give yourself a cheat day every 7-10 days.

Being Inconsistent

Attacking your waist each and every day one week and not at all the next is really a recipe for failure. The typical cause of inconsistency? Failing to make your workouts a priority.

If your waist exercises are not your #1 priority, then when it comes time to scheduling an exercise routine, writing, cooking, playing video games, or chatting with your family or friends is often more tempting and will win out.

Make your exercises the first priority. This is your life, and it's going to be more difficult to appreciate it if you aren't comfortable in your own body, so schedule your weekly workouts and the rest should be secondary.

Not Working Hard Enough

Your body will get stronger and adapt to the stresses you put it through. This includes your waist exercises, and it means that keeping the very same routine with the exact same intensity will lead to an eventual plateau; you'll see no more gains and you'll probably get exasperated and quit.

To avoid this, keep a diary, notebook, or spreadsheet of your waist exercise routine. If one specific workout felt easier this week, make a note to increase the reps, weight, or intensity the next time you do that or a related workout.

If it's easy to do, your body won't benefit. Push yourself to work just a little harder each and every week and within a few weeks you won't believe how far you've come.

6 Exercises To Help You Lose Arm Fat

Arm fat, its what makes us wear sweaters over tank tops and t-shirts when we should be going shirtless. Learning how to lose arm fat can help you develop more confidence—and stay cool–when the temperature rises.

Although spot reduction as a general technique doesn’t work, there are arm exercises you can do to lose arm fat successfully. Keep reading to find out which exercises can help you begin to lose arm fat.

Equipment

If your goal is to learn how to lose arm fat you’ll need the proper equipment to help you get the job done. You can choose bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands or a weight & bench kit. Whatever exercise equipment you choose to lose arm fat, just make sure you have what you need before you begin.

Bicep Curls

Bicep curls are a great way to lose arm fat by burning fat and building the muscles underneath the fat. This is a crucial part of learning how to lose arm fat; you can’t just reduce calories b/c you’ll still have flabby, but smaller arms. For toned arms that you feel good about showing off you need strength training exercises like bicep curls to build lean muscles while you burn away the excess fat.

Choose which type of exercise equipment you’ll use to perform these bicep curls to lose arm fat. For maximum effectiveness you need to perform these exercises properly as well as to avoid injury.

Push Ups

Push ups have always been one of the go to exercises for those who want to know how to lose arm fat. Push ups are one of the easiest exercises to perform and what’s best, you can do them anywhere you have the time and space to finish a set or 2.

You can choose to do them on your knees or on your toes, as well as a wide variety of push up variations to target specific muscle groups to lose arm fat. Place your arms closer to your body or farther out to lose arm fat in a specific area. If you’re really serious about learning how to lose arm fat, drop down and do a set of push ups whenever you have time. In the office, on lunch or while you’re catching up on the news, a set here and there can help you lose arm fat and transform arm muscles.

Triceps Dips

You can’t talk about how to lose arm fat without talking about triceps. For men and women alike flabby triceps can be a huge source of pain, embarrassment and self-consciousness. The good news is that triceps dips can help you lose arm fat in your triceps and transform them into killer muscles you can be proud of.

All you’ll need is access to a bench or sturdy chair and you can get busy ridding your arms of that annoying fat. Triceps dips provide another convenient way that you can lose arm fat whenever you have a few free minutes. Add triceps dips to your regular exercise regimen so that you can begin to lose arm fat all over your arms, not just your biceps.

Reverse Curls

Reverse curls are a good exercise if your goal is to lose arm fat in your forearms. Although for most of us this is the last part of the arm we have to worry about, it is important get a thorough arm workout for sleek arms that look like they belong to the same person!

To perform reverse curls you will need a barbell with weight, enough to provide a challenging workout but not so much that you can’t complete a third set. Hold the bar at your waist in an overhand grip with your feet about shoulder-width apart; this is your starting position. Then you simply perform your basic curl exercise, flexing your muscles to lift the bar to shoulder level and return to starting position.

In order to lose arm fat performing reverse curls you will need to rely on your forearm muscles to lift the barbell. Do not swing your arms wildly.

Such a person is not a peson who appreciates the natural sexiness of a real woman but rather uses the slimiest of internet traffic tactics to accomplish two things..devalue and demean a woman (who has had five kids, believes in God, goes to church and loves her family..JUST because she uses FREE videos on the internet to promote fitness and healthy lifestylle) AND the second thing they accomplish is to MAKE MONEY.. The KEY word there is FREE…these “adult content” sites are making money from all the MEN who go there hoping to find whatever it is men are hoping to find..BUT GUESS WHAT ITS NOT THERE!. The way they are making money is because these adult content sites are NOT FREE…hmmmm …
