African Mango Extract (Irvingia Gabonensis) - A Worthy Diet Pill?

ByDaniel Swindells

Expert Author Daniel Swindells

Here's some detailed information about the African Mango diet pill (irvingia gabonensis), from someone that's been using it for a while...

Losing weight requires the right mind set to be able to get through it successfully. With such a supplement, one can go through this process without losing hope somewhere down the road.

Appetite Suppressant

Chromium or polynicotate is found in 75mg, this is a substance that is used in suppressing the appetite. Actually, this substance is found in most foods, but only as a trace. It works to suppress the appetite and since chromium absorption is reduced the older one gets, a supplement may be necessary.

Studies

Research has shown that this pill can aid in production of adenopectin. This is a substance that can improve one's metabolism and regulate absorption of glucose. Adenopectin is also known to improve circulation of blood by preventing the arteries from swelling.

Side Effects

There are no known side effects of the African Mango Plus diet pill. This is because all of its ingredients are natural.

Of course, some people report typical mild side effects such as mild headaches or sleep disturbances. But currently, only a small percentage of people seem to make such reports.

Benefits

· All the ingredients within the African Mango Plus diet pill are natural, which gives a safe way to lose weight.

· Since it is natural, you will not experience any side effects.

· You can manage your appetite and as a result control the fat in your body.

· Long term improvement of health (hopefully!)

African Mango Plus

The African Mango Plus diet pill will suppress your appetite while fastening your metabolism. This is how it should work on everyone but it is not the same across board. It works on some people but it does not for others. Anyone who tells you that there is a drug that can do this is not being honest.

What I can tell you about the African Mango Plus diet pill, is that you should supplement it with exercises and the right diet. This is what will give you the desired results.

If you already have a reasonable diet and exercise routine, perhaps maintain that routine to reduce the variables when trying out this pill? You should see results within a few weeks.

Give it at least a month though, and ensure that you stick to the recommended dosages and make a note of any other changes to your diet and exercise routine that might affect your results.

You might not quite achieve the weight loss targets that they advertise, but you should be able to lose at least 8-9lb a months if you use this African Mango extract (irvingia gabonensis) properly.

African Mango Plus - Just The Facts Ma'am

ByDaniel Swindells

Expert Author Daniel Swindells

Long before African Mang plus was released, Africa has long since realised the weight loss benefits of the African Mango that are only being realised in the Western world in the last few years. For a number of centuries the Mango was used as a weight reducing assistant in Cameroon, a country in Africa.

This is a fruit found in the tropics and can only be found in the coastal rainforest of western Cameroon. They are represented by bright colored fruit that has also been used for its medicinal benefits. The natives refer to it as Dikka nuts or bush mango.

The discovery and introduction into the market of the diet pill is a breath of life into the world of weight loss supplements. This fruit can only be found in one country, Cameroon, and it's taken a while for them to find it!

How African Mango Plus Works

Understanding a product is the first step in learning how it works. Naturally, the main ingredient is Mango. Each capsule contains 150mg of it. This diet pill works best in people with slow metabolism; these are people who are not able to burn fat fast.

Research has proven there are elements within it that can significantly increase metabolism. This is achieved by producing heat. Another thing is that it is high in fiber, which will lower cholesterol levels.

The supplement contains green tea as an ingredient. The Chinese long discovered green tea as a detoxifying agent. It can also improve metabolism and reduce fat in the body. Green tea is actually more powerful than Vitamin E when getting rid of antioxidants. There is 135mg of green tea in the Mango Plus diet pill.

The African Mango is like any other fruit, it is a detoxifying agent as a result reduces fat production in the body.

The metabolism properties of the diet pill are improved by caffeine. It actually makes up to 200mg of it. As you might know, caffeine is the main ingredient in weight loss supplements and energy drinks.

This is because it gives off energy, so the possibility of burning fat is increased. By including exercising in your weight loss program, you should be able to burn off more fat, thanks to caffeine.

Another ingredient in the African Mango diet pill is L-Theanine, in 8mg. This substance is credited with a number of health benefits but most notable is its ability to regulate blood pressure and calm one down.

Final thoughts on this diet pill

I'd recommend giving this diet pill a try. It seems to show consistent results, but don't expect miracles. African Mango plus is, however, a great choice if you want a safe diet pill.

Irvingia Gabonensis - An African Mango Review

ByDaniel Swindells

Expert Author Daniel Swindells

I've been searching for the absolute best diet pill for a while and my research has led me to learn about the African Mango Plus diet pill (irvingia gabonensis). I was skeptical about it at first and so I decided that I would set my expectations a bit lower. Most of the other products which I had tried already simply weren't able to deliver positive results.

Some of the alternative options like surgical procedures and fat reduction laser weren't available for me at the time because I was on a limited budget. And the way that I was going, I was probably wasting even more money on diet pills which had no effect whatsoever.

There were even some weird side effects as well. I feel very fortunate to have found African Mango extract because it finally put an end to my hopelessness and cynicism at the same time. I was glad to find out that there was a product like that out there which really changed my life for the better.

What is the African Mango Plus extract?

One of the weight loss aids that have been used in Cameroon, Africa dating back centuries ago is known as the African Mango and this is a diet pill that is delivered from it. This is a tropical food which is exclusive only to the west coast's rainforests of Cameroon.

If you look it up you'll notice that it's a fruit of bright color and it's sometimes referred to as bush mango because it's being used by plenty of the villagers in Cameroon for its other medical benefits too. The discovery of this pill has been revolutionary in the weight loss world because it's a very rare fruit which can't be found anywhere else in the world.

How does the African Mango plus diet pill works?

Because I was a consumer I first made sure to check all of the active ingredients itself just to make sure that all of the advertising as well as the reviews weren't fake or over hyped. Probably the best way to find out how a product works is by looking at the ingredients. The most active ingredient here is the natural African Mango and each individual capsule has 150 mg of it. In most cases it's targeting a slow metabolism which doesn't really help when it comes to far burning.

There are certain organic elements that are actually able to speed up the slow metabolism and this is done by generating heat. On top of that, it also has a high fiber content to reduce bad cholesterol levels and also promote good cholesterol. This is a decent choice of diet pill at the moment in that it's safer than most other diet pills and it does seem to actually work.

There are people that report that they've had slow results as well though as well as those reporting it's working as advertised. Consider the African Mango extract (irvingia gabonensis) though if you want a really safe option, it might work very well with your body.
