Simple Ways to Transform the Belly Bulge Into Fine Abs

Whether you agree or not, having a large bulge in the belly is unattractive to the eyes of most people. Having this can make you look like a pregnant lady or a Santa-wannabe. The bicycle exercise is among the tested and proven means of forming the abs. To do this, you have to lay face-up on your mat and position your hands behind your head. Move your knees toward your chest and then lift your shoulder blades up while your neck remains in its initial position. While in this position, your feet will then do the pedaling motion as if you're riding an invisible bicycle. After having 12 to 16 pedals, do the reverse direction of this exercise for the same count. Ideally, you should have at least 3 sets of pedaling exercise, alternating the two directions.

Another good example of an abs-shaping exercise is the vertical leg crunch. You also need to lie on your mat for this exercise. While lying, extend your legs straight up and have your knees crossed. Your hands should be place behind your head and your shoulder blades should be lifted off the floor as well. However, you have to avoid pulling on the neck. Keep your legs in a fixed position as much as you can. You may also repeat these steps at least 3 times with some rests in between.

You can also try to have other exercises for the belly such as the crunch with heel push, long arm crunch, and reverse crunch. All of these are done in a lying position. There is also the plank on elbows and toes exercise, which works similarly to the traditional push-ups. Additionally, you can go to the gym or purchase your own gym apparatus for abs-shaping. Some of these are the ab roller, exercise ball crunch, torso track, and captain's chair leg raise.

Belly fat can be hazardous to your health. This is because it can cause high-blood pressure, vulnerability to disease bacteria, depressed immunity, breathing difficulties, sleep disorders and more. Let's get to the 5 tips to lose belly fat.

Get educated - You don't have to become a Doctor, but understand that knowledge is power. When I speak of knowledge, I'm speaking of acquiring some knowledge about food and its effects on your health and your abdominal fat accumulation.

Learn to relax - A stressful lifestyle can do more to put on the weight than most people realize. These days when the average person faces so many challenges, it' s hard to relax.
